Georg Breuer Rauenthal Estate Riesling Trocken

You need patience as you plow through some reduction aromas. But then—then! Brilliant, silvery, exotic and mineral; the finish is more an atmosphere than a taste. But if you insist, there’s some yellow fruit, some purple flowers, some cool aloe, and some fine terroir.

Review:
I love the effusive yellow fruit (think lemons through pineapple via peaches) of this sleek yet polished dry white. So easy to enjoy, but the finish is long and subtle with a strong, stony quality. From organically grown grapes with Fair’n Green certification. Drink or hold. Screw cap.
