Prosecco Brut DOC, Biancavigna [L756]
100% Glera grown in sloped vineyards rich in calcareous clay, all located at 50-150 meters above sea level in Conegliano and Farra di Soligo. Soft pressing of the grapes is followed by fermentation in stainless steel. Secondary fermentation takes place in autoclave for a minimum of 60 days.
