Priorato Rosado, ‘Partida Pedrer’, Sara y Rene Viticultors
Primarily Garnacha Peluda (a downy clone of Grenache adapted to the extreme climate of Priorat) with a smattering of Monastrell and Carinyena. Fermented in very old barrels where it rests for around 8 months before bottling. Zero sulfur added.
