100% Blauburgunder (Pinot Nero) grown at an elevation of 350 meters in gravelly marine soils. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel with punchdowns at regular intervals for 20 days. Malolactic fermentation and maturation occurs over 18 months in French barriques.
