Pinot Noir Vallee d’Aoste, Lo Triolet
From 0.50 hectares of 15 year old vines at 700 meters above sea level. 100% Pinot Noir. The fruit is destemmed, macerated for 7 days and matured 70% in stainless steel and 30% in barriques for 8 months. 350 cases produced annually.
This is cool climate Pinot Noir at its very best. The nose brings notes of fresh cut flowers and brambly red fruit. The palate is crisp and bursts with mouthwatering acidity.
