"Pale ruby verging on purple in colour. Bright red and black cherry on the nose, hibiscus and cardamom spice. The palate is gentler than the Seven Springs entry bottling. Acid is still high but more rounded. Super-fine tannin with well-integrated oak spice and notes of vanilla. (SCJ) 13.2%"
