Bründlmayer Pinot Noir
Mostly from Dechant and Käferberg vineyard sites. The vinification is classic: Traditional mash fermentation (about 2 weeks) with immediately following, malolactic fermentation and storage in oak barrels of 300 to 2,500 liters in size. These wooden barrels are on average 2 to 3 years old, so that the wine reflects only discreetly the storage in oak barrels.
