- Purchased by the Cavallotto Family in 1989 when they acquired the Vignolo cru
- 1.68 hectares on the north-eastern slopes of Vignolo between 260-310 meters above sea level
- Organically farmed
- Calcareous clay soils with veins of sand running through
- Fermented without the skins and aged in stainless steel, rested on the lees for 9 months before release
- Often shows a slightly rosé or onion-skin tone color
- Partial malolactic fermentation
- 889 cases produced in 2020
- The name “Pinner” comes from PINot NERo!
