  • Slightly later harvest than the grapes used for La Spinetta’s Moscato wine, the grapes are picked and then placed in the cellar for drying 
  • Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation is done in French oak barrels, followed by 96 months of aging
  • Bottle-aged for 3 months
  • First vintage in 1998
  • Average annual production: 2,000 bottles
