  • Majority of the fruit comes from the Starderi vineyard in the Neive, along with a few other select parcels
  • Vines are between 19-22 years old
  • Harvest  in the middle of October
  • Fermented in rotofermentors for 7-8 days
  • Malolactic fermentation done in used (2nd and 3rd passage) French oak barriques, followed by 12 months of aging
  • Aged in bottle for 6 months
  • 25,000 bottles produced annually
