100% Nebbiolo hand-picked and carefully selected from vineyards in the Colline Novaresi, situated at 280-300 meters in elevation and planted to clay and alluvial soils. Fermentation and maceration takes place in steel tanks over the course of 5 days before aging 1 year in 50% stainless steel and 50% tonneaux. Just over 200 cases are produced annually. This fresh, juicy, small-production, and terroir-driven Nebbiolo is a spectacular value and a wine not to be missed.
