• 100% Moscato Bianco di Canelli, a clone of Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains
• From an 1.2 hectare parcel in Cassinasco, the heart of Moscato country
• 60/70 years old vines
• The soil is varied but primarily sandy limestone with veins calcareous clay
• 450-500 meters above sea level
• Hand harvested
• Fermented to 5% alcohol with indigenous “uvarum” yeasts in a two-part process to preserve freshness and maintain purity of aromas
• 725 cases produced on average each year
