"If you think the Moelleux is sweet, wait until you try Romulus! Boasting a massive 170g/l of residual sugar, this is made from botrytised grapes in years where the conditions allow. It displays a strong marmalade character with apricot and honey complexity. The palate is broad and expansive, with a viscous texture and flavours of toast, marmalade and lime juice accompanied by a cutting saltiness. Incredibly long finish."
