Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, Filomusi Guelfi

From 6.8 hectares of 100% Montepulciano grapes grown at 255 meters above sea level in sandy-clay soils. Fermentation and maceration with the skins for 5-6 days in glass-lined cement tanks, and then the wine matures in the same tanks for 18 months. 4,500 cases produced on average annually.
