Another gem from the Rey Campero boys! This batch shows the family’s trademark earthy heft but with a pronounced sweetness (caramel, milk chocolate, etc.) that manages to coast across the surface of the mezcal’s profile, like a windsurfer riding across the waves. This one will be a bottle to savor for a few years as it evolves.
