Metodo Classico Brut ROSE ‘For England’, Contratto
100% Pinot Noir from vineyards in Alta Langa. The grapes are picked during the last week in August. Once in the winery, they are cooled down before pressing and then the juice is fermented dry in temperature-controlled tanks. The wine is bottled for secondary fermentation the July after harvest, and it remains on the lees for three years before release.
