Loureiro, ‘Ten’, Aphros

Aphros’ ‘Ten’ bottling of Loureiro takes its name from the concept of being fermented to roughly ten degrees of alcohol, leaving roughly ten grams per liter of residual sugar. Combine this structure with the crisp acidic balance of grapes grown in Iberia’s cool northwest and you have the recipe for an intensely refreshing and crushable sipper.
