Press & Reviews
Slight reduction gives a funky edge to the earthy notes on the nose that are touched by lovely yellow apple freshness. It is on the bright palate that the full force of freshness shines through, like a burst of lemony, bright light that plays against a lovely chalky, fine-boned texture. Testament that Weissburgunder, aka Pinot Blanc, is such a vivid, underappreciated variety that nonetheless packs concentration, finesse and expression. Lovely now, it is certain to evolve. Drink now–2030.
A layered, fruity white with dried apple, pineapple and some pear undertones. Medium to full body. Simple finish. From organically grown grapes. Drink now.
