Langhe Nebbiolo, Revello

100% Nebbiolo planted in calcareous clay soils at 230-250 meters above sea level. Fermentation and maceration occurs over 10 days in temperature-controlled vats. The wine matures in aged French oak barriques for 12-14 months. Bottling takes place in July and the wine is released two years after the harvest.
