Langhe Nebbiolo

• From 15+ year old vines from 2 hectares outside of the Bussia Sottana and Pianpolvere crus
• Vines planted at avg of 300 meters above sea level
• Helvetian soils with clay sediments, blue marl, and tuff
• 10 days of indigenous yeast fermentation and maceration on the skins
• Aged for 6 months in stainless steel and 6 months in Slavonian oak casks prior to bottling
• 1,300 cases produced annually
