Langhe Freisa, Giacomo Fenocchio
From 0.4 hectares of 15 year old vines in Bussia Soprana. Fermented with indigenous yeasts. After 10 days of fermentation and maceration on the skins, wine is aged for 6 months in stainless steel and 6 months in Slavonian oak casks prior to bottling. 165 cases produced.
