Lambrusco Sorbara Rosé 'Corte Attimi', Fiorini
The Corte Degli Attimi is comprised of 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara planted in 1991 on 7 hectares of well drained alluvial soil. It is the most delicate of the trio, lighter on its feet with less tannin and ethereal perfume. After harvesting by hand the must undergoes a 4-6 hour fermentation/maceration to obtain its brilliant rose color. Secondary fermentation occurs in autoclaves over a period of 60 days. Residual sugar: 1g/L.
