Lambrusco Grasparossa ‘Becco Rosso’, Fiorini

100% Grasparossa di Castelvetro. Harvested from 5 hectares of vines  planted in 1986. Vineyard is located in Castelvetro at 250 meters above sea level, where the soil is composed of red clay and the vines face south-west. Maceration on the skins occurs over 1 week, while the charmat secondary fermentation lasts 60 days. Residual sugar: 1-2 g/L.
