Enticing aromas suggesting ripe yellow stone fruit, dried Alpine herb, eucalyptus and white rose waft out of the glass. On the linear palate, a smoky mineral note accompanies ripe apricot and grapefruit while vibrant acidity gives it great tension.
Aromas of smoke, ash and limes follow through to a medium body with an intense core of flavor at the end and creamy texture that is frame by energetic acidity. Really well done. Drink now.
