Iscider , Brännland Cider
Brännland’s flagship Iscider is produced entirely from Swedish apples that are pressed in December, the juice frozen and concentrated using the natural near-Arctic winter temperatures. The concentrate, starting at 34-36 Brix, is fermented for 10-12 weeks, aged for three months in steel tanks and then bottled. 170 g/L of RS balanced by a ripping 17 g/L of total acidity. 9% ABV.
