"Opaque, shimmering ruby. Smoky, mineral-accented black and blue fruits on the nose, joined by hints of olive, licorice and pungent flowers that build in the glass. Supple and weighty in the mouth, offering energetic, spice-tinged blackberry, boysenberry and violet pastille flavors that become sweeter and livelier with air. The floral note carries strongly through the finish, which shows outstanding persistence and sneaky, harmonious tannins. This fruit is sourced from Le Méal, Greffieux and Murets. 20% whole clusters and raised in neutral, 300-liter barrels."
