Review:
The 2017 Grüner Veltliner John Sebastiano is brisk, precise and wonderfully nuanced. Bright saline notes perk up a core of orchard fruit, citrus and floral notes. A wine of real class and distinction, the 2017 has so much to offer. Aging in a combination of steel and 500-liter acacia barrels works beautifully here. This is a memorable wine from Graham Tatomer.
