French Sparkling Apple, 'Douces Ameres', Dry, Duché de Longueville
This Norman cider is made with apples from our orchards in Normandy. “Douces Amères” refers
to a specific group of apple varieties. It is a recognized term used in cider production which
translates into English as “Sweet bitter”. These apples give the cider its shining amber color and
its slight touch of bitterness.
