Farmstead Cider, Finnriver Cidery
A blend of 50+ varieties sourced from the estate orchard and from Olympic Peninsula neighbors (Finnriver invites friends and neighbors to bring their bruised, bitter and bizarre apples to the farm to add to the bins.) Only lightly filtered—a portion of remaining lees add a rustic, earthy finish. Off-dry (1.6 degrees Brix, about 16g/L), 6.5% ABV, lightly carbonated.
