Soil: Clay, limestone, loam, and sand
Fermentation and élevage: Gentle pressing. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Subsequent expansion in stainless steel and in a Doppelstück wooden barrel.
Farming: Certified Biodynamic
