Dolcetto d’Alba, Revello

100% Dolcetto from 35-year-old vines planted in calcareous clay soils. Fermentation and maceration occurs over 10 days in temperature-controlled vats. The wine matures in stainless steel for 10 months. Bottling takes place in July each year and the wine is released in September of the year following the harvest.
