- Double distilled in Tessendier’s Charentais copper pot stills
- Aged a minimum 10 years; 1 year in medium char, new European oak, then transferred to used casks
- Dried apricot, toffee, cocoa, and orange oil on the nose transition to a full-bodied palate of red apple skin, ginger, and plum with a whisp of eucalyptus before finishing with white pepper and faint vanilla
- 40% ABV

Lunar New Year – Year of the Rabbit is a limited edition XO Cognac produced by Cognac Park for the upcoming Lunar New Year. Representing the Year of the Rabbit, the luckiest of the Chinese zodiac animals, this luxurious Cognac is crafted to magnify the exquisite characteristics of the Grande Champagne cru, a famed growing region known for producing Cognacs well-suited to long periods of cask aging that express tremendous length and complexity.
This 100% Ugni Blanc Cognac is composed of eau-de-vie entirely from Grand Champagne aged in new, medium toasted French oak for 1 year before being transferred to used casks. The resulting Cognac is brimming with aromas of dried apricot, toffee, cocoa, and orange oil on the nose which transition to a full-bodied palate of red apple skin, ginger, and plum with a whisp of eucalyptus before striding into a finish of white pepper and faint vanilla. 40% ABV.
