Chianti Riserva 'Castelrotto', Giacomo Mori
90% Sangiovese – 10% Merlot. Fermentation and maceration with the skins in stainless steel tanks of a capacity of 40/60 Hectolitres with temperature control. The wine matures for 15/18 months in new and second use Allier oak barriques. Finished in the bottle for 6/10 months. 585 cases produced.
