• Clay-limestone soil scattered with rolled pebbles which store heat during the day and restore if to the vinestocks during the night
• Mix of all types of soils (pebbles, clay, sand)
• Average age of the vines: 45 to 50 years old

Varietals:

• 75% Grenache Noir
• 11% Mouvedre
• 11% Syrah
• 3% Vaccarèse, Counoise, Cinsault

Wine Making/Maturing:

• Traditional wine making in thermoregulated concrete vats
• Aging in large oak barrels and demi-muids: 12 to 18 months
