"Consistently one of the stars in Thierry Pillot's stellar range of Chassagne Premiers Crus, this is the freshest, most focused wine of the lot, which often reminds me of a Grand Cru Chablis from Blanchot. Briney, sea-shore aromas segue into a palate that's wonderfully fresh and energetic, with 10% new wood providing some scented spicy undertones. The balance of this wine is almost balletic in its precision."
