Review:
A dense, flavorful white with lovely honey and apple character. Hints of cookies. Full-bodied and very fresh with crisp acidity and a long, flavorful finish. Delicious. Drink or hold.

Review:
The 2018 Chardonnay offers a striking combination of energy and textural creaminess. Lemon confit, white flowers, almond and field herbs are some of the many notes that meld together in this super-expressive, inviting Chardonnay from Paul Hobbs. This is a gorgeous appellation-level wine.
