• Only native yeasts are used in the fermentation process
• The wine ages in 30% concrete egg and 10% new French oak

Tasting Notes

This wine comes from our uppermost mountain vineyard grown at 2000 ft above the Pacific. Sobrante loam soils packed with red chert support the beautifully terraced rows, with both head trained and cordon trained vines wrapping around the slope of the mountain.
