• Planted in heavy Haire Clay Loam soils about 30 inches deep with impenetrable clay subsoil which limits the vine vigor and crop yield
• Wente and Robert Young field selections
• Whole cluster pressed for phenolic delicacy
• Native yeast and full native malolactic fermentation in barrel
• Aged for 20 months in 25% new French oak barrels with sur lie batonnage
• Unfiltered
• 905 cases produced
• 14.5% abv
