Tasting Notes
Gorgeous Champagne, FANTASTIC VALUE. Deg 2/2016, 58% CH, 42% PN; this may be the sexiest wine JB has made; pure straw and hawthorne and a complex and stylish minerality; iris and plantain lead into a finish so intricate it’s nearly heart-rending. Perfect balance into a gentle glowing farewell. —Terry TheisePOS Resources

Review:
The 2007 Brut Volupté is a bit more oxidative in style than the Empreinte. The blend is different of course, but the aromas and flavors have a warm, inner glow that is quite welcoming. Hints of caramel and white flower wrap around the finish. The 2007 Volupté is 80% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier done in a combination of large oak and tank. This bottle was disgorged in June 2013.
