Review:
A graceful, seamlessly knit Champagne, with a refined, creamy mousse and a light juiciness to the flavors of baked melon, slivered almond, candied lemon peel and spring blossom, imparting a mouthwatering quality overall. Echoes with a streak of salinity on the long finish. Disgorged May 2017. Drink now through 2030. 250 cases imported.

Review:
The 2009 Brut Cuvée Volupté is a gorgeous wine for readers looking for a Champagne with the level of complexity that only develops in bottle over time. Dried pear, spice, almond, chamomile and a kiss of oak are all beautifully melded together. A substantial, bright finish rounds things out in style. Volupté is 100% Chardonnay from the Tourne Midi and Chênes lieux-dits in Cumières. Disgorged: June, 2016.
