Review:
30% partial whole bunches (just the main stem removed) and 60% new wood. Clear bright fresh purple. A complex nose - how to dissect this? The wine has just avoided overheating thanks in part to the destemming program. Taking out the big stem limits the acid loss. Very ripe, certainly juicy, tannins just fine, luscious black cherries.
