70% Sangiovese, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot. Maceration on the skins in small (40-50 Hl.) steel tanks for 3 weeks at 32°C, ageing in French-oak barriques for 12 months, cellaring in the bottle for 6 months.
