Cabernet Sauvignon ‘Washington State’ [Urban Artworks Label], Disruption

The 2016 Disruption Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of three unique vineyard sources. First, the Wahluke Vineyard provides concentration and density with its 35 year-old vines. Next, the Northridge Vineyard’s rich soils bring bright acidity, amazing color, and focus. Finally, the Denhoed Vineyard’s cool climate contributes flavors of bright rhubarb, cedar and currant. The Northridge Vineyard, located a mere 5 miles from Wahluke, is a world apart in its soil, which lends bright acidity and serious focus. The wine sees enough new French oak (15%) to add depth and richness to this focused Cabernet.
