Cabernet Sauvignon 'Maule Valley'

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Alicante Bouschet from sustainably farmed vineyards sites in the Maule Valley. Winemaker David Marcel arrived to Chile fresh off the boat from France after graduating from university and never looked back. Fermented with native yeast and aged in a mixture of concrete and used oak.
