Bollicino Spumante Extra Dry
40% Chardonnay, 30% Glera, 30% Pinot Nero from the hills of Treviso. Vineyards are planted to limestone and clay soils. A brief maceration of the skins takes place, followed by fermentation and resting in stainless steel. Secondary fermentation occurs in autoclave, with three months on the lees prior to bottling.
