- 50% Chenin Blanc, 25% Chardonnay & 25% Sauvignon Blanc
- The Chenin Blanc comes from Villa Seca region, in Tunuyán. A vineyard of approximately 80 years old, planted in sandy and loamy soils
- The Chardonnay is sourced from La Arboleda, Tupungato, from 16 year-old vines planted in deep, dense, sandy clay soils
- The Sauvignon Blanc comes from a sub-region in Gualtallary that is just starting to be known: Albo, a 15 year-old vineyard of alluvial and calcareous soils
- All the vineyards are between 1,100 to 1,300 meters above sea level
- Hand harvested
- Whole cluster direct pressing, in a concrete egg where it underwent co-fermentation with native yeasts with an average temperature of 20ºC
- Aged for 3 years in Austrian Stockinger foudre, plus 2 years in bottle
