Barolo ‘Villero’, Giacomo Fenocchio

From 65 year old vines planted to the one-hectare cru of Villero. Vineyard sits at 300 meters above sea level, with iron-rich calcareous clay soils. Spontaneous fermentation and skin maceration takes place over 40 days.
