Barolo ‘Rocche dell’Annunziata’, Revello
100% Nebbiolo from .2 hectares planted in 1960 to calcareous clay soils located at 270 meters above sea level. Fermentation and maceration and fermentation take place in a combination of stainless steel and barrique. The wine matures in French oak barriques (50% new – 50% old) for 24-30 months prior to bottling.
