Barolo ‘Giachini’, Silvio Grasso

100% Nebbiolo from 40-year-old vines planted in La Morra to chalky marl and sandstone soil. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel for 15 days, followed by aging in French oak barriques for 24 months. Wine rests in bottle for 1 year prior to release.
