Barolo ‘Bussia’, Giacomo Fenocchio
From 6 hectares of vines in Bussia, 70% of which are 40 years old and 30% of which are 15 years old. After 40 days of skin maceration, wine is aged 6 months in tank and 30 months in large Slavonian oak casks prior to bottling. 2000 cases produced annually.
