Barolo 'Bricco Boschis', Cavallotto
100% Nebbiolo grown in calcareous clay soils. The wine is fermented in steel vats, with maceration on the skins for 20 days. Wine is then aged in Slavonian-oak casks of various capacity for 42 months prior to bottling. 3111 cases were produced of the 2016 vintage.
